Vehicle Body Identification and End-to-End Traceability
Application Points: At the paint shop's off-line point or the final assembly line's on-line point.
How it Works: When a body-in-white enters the final assembly line, a reader installed at that station automatically reads the RFID tag attached to the vehicle. This tag is linked to the vehicle's unique production order number and contains all customized information (VIN code, model, configuration code, etc.). From this point, the vehicle's "digital twin" journey on the final assembly line officially begins.

Logistics sorting :
Application Points: Receiving platforms, inbound/outbound access gates, and electric forklifts/AGVs.
How it Works:
Inbound: Palletized goods (each pallet/box is labeled) delivered by suppliers are transported into the warehouse by forklifts. As the forklift passes through the "RFID gate channel" equipped with readers and antennas, all goods information is read in batches within seconds without stopping, and automatically reconciled with pre-orders, completing second-level receiving and system posting. The IP67 rating ensures stable operation of the gate outdoors or on damp platforms.
Outbound: Similarly, at the shipping platform channel, loaded pallets or boxes are automatically scanned upon shipment, generating an accurate shipping manifest. Simultaneously, the system inventory is automatically deducted, achieving real-time consistency between inventory and records.
