Product Features

1. High temperature resistance

PPS substrate can withstand 150°C for a long time and 250°C peak temperature for a short time (such as reflow soldering), far exceeding ordinary PET/PVC tags (≤80°C).

2. Chemical stability

Resistant to acids, alkalis, solvents (such as engine oil, alcohol), and steam, suitable for corrosive environments such as chemical and medical treatment.

3. RFID signal stability

Metal surface adaptation design (anti-metal tag) maintains read and write sensitivity at high temperatures.

Q1: Does the HF RFID Tag require an external antenna on the metal surface?

A: No external antenna is required. HZMTC4022 can be directly attached to the metal surface for use.


Q2: How is the high temperature resistance of the tag?

A: The operating temperature range is -40℃~150℃, suitable for high-temperature sterilization (such as medical equipment) or low-temperature storage scenarios.


Q3: Does it support batch encoding?

A: Yes. UID or user data can be quickly written in batches through the reader/writer to improve deployment efficiency.


Q4: How long is the life of the tag?

A: Passive design, theoretical life of more than 10 years, read and write times ≥100,000 times, no daily maintenance requirements.
