Project Background
In traditional dehumidifier production lines, key aspects such as equipment status monitoring, production cycle recording, and quality traceability have long relied on manual inspection and data entry. This is not only inefficient and error-prone, but also makes it difficult to achieve real-time transparency and data closure in the production process, hindering enterprises' transformation towards flexible manufacturing and digital management.
A leading dehumidifier company, in partnership with Superisys, has built a fully automated data acquisition production line using industrial-grade high-frequency RFID technology as its core, achieving a leapfrog upgrade from "human-monitored equipment" to "data-driven" operation.
Application Purpose: Full-process automated data acquisition
Superisys RFID Solution Achieves:
✅ Replaces manual scanning: Automatic pallet identification, zero human intervention in data processing
✅ Full process linkage: Real-time linkage of data from inspection, assembly, quality control, and other stages via RFID
✅ Precise correlation: Binding production data with component information to form a complete traceability chain
Superisys RFID Solution :

Dual-label symmetrical layout: Labels are installed on both sides of the bottom of the tray, eliminating the need for additional readers when reversing direction.
Simple deployment: Reader-to-label distance ≤ 100mm, recognition rate ≥ 99.9%.
Benefits
Dual Improvement in Efficiency and Quality
✅ Increased Efficiency: Scanning time reduced from 3 seconds to 0.1 seconds, increasing production capacity by 20%.
✅ 0 Data Loss: Fully automated data collection, reducing the error rate to 0.01%.
✅ Visualized Management: Real-time production dashboards allow for real-time tracking of data from each dehumidifier.
Superisys, through its IP67 industrial-grade high-frequency 13.56Mhz RFID reader/writer system, not only helps customers achieve fully automated collection of production data throughout the entire process, but also builds a real-time, transparent, and traceable digital production line hub.
Customer Testimonials
"Previously, each production line required two barcode scanners; now it's completely unmanned! RFID data is directly linked to parts batches, and quality issues can be traced back to their source in just 3 minutes!"
