A: Production Process Traceability - The semiconductor CIDRW reader can quickly and accurately identify the production information on the TI glass capsule tag on the wafer cassette, including manufacturing date, manufacturing process, and product type, enabling full-process tracking and management of the production process
B: Handling Process Identification - A semiconductor CIDRW reader reads the CID tag station information on the overhead crane track, monitors the crane's real-time position, and plans and dispatches routes based on its own location, ensuring safe operating distances and transport efficiency.
C: Cassette Storage Management - A semiconductor CIDRW reader, installed in an E-Rack or wafer cassette stocker, identifies the specific storage time, removal time, and storage location of a wafer cassette in real time. It can also quickly and accurately locate the storage location of the desired wafer cassette through the management system.
