Command Issuance: Based on the ID, the system immediately issues the corresponding process parameters (such as torque value, glue application path, and test program) to the equipment at that station (tightening gun, glue applicator, tester) that match the workpiece.

Error Prevention and Traceability: Ensures "one workpiece, one parameter," achieving zero-defect production. All process data (such as actual torque and test results) are automatically bound to the fixture ID, forming a complete end-to-end traceability chain.

A: No external antenna is required. HZMTY220 has a built-in anti-metal substrate and can be directly attached to the metal surface for use.
