Features

  • Bus Module: As a standalone network slave, it communicates with the PLC via mainstream industrial Ethernet protocols such as Profinet, EtherNet/IP, and EtherCAT, or fieldbuses such as PROFIBUS-DP. Only one communication cable is needed to transmit data from all 32 channels.

  • IP20 Rating: Clearly indicates that it must be installed in a protected control cabinet, electrical box, or electrical room. It cannot withstand direct intrusion of dust, liquids, and moisture, but this also makes it significantly less expensive than a comparable IP67 field module.

  • Saves control cabinet space and wiring costs

Application

1.Production Line Workstation Control Station


Scenario: Door installation station on an automotive assembly line, electronic product assembly station.


Application: A distributed I/O station is set up at each workstation, using this module as the I/O core. It collects signals from all fixture sensors and safety light curtains at that workstation and controls tightening guns, glue applicators, indicator lights, etc. The workstation becomes an independently debuggable and replicable intelligent unit.


2.Intensive Material Transfer and Sorting Control


Scenario: Conveyor belt diversion points, filling and sealing sections of packaging machines.


Application: In localized areas with dense signal points, a single module handles motor start/stop/speed (DO), material detection (DI), baffle cylinder control (DO), and position feedback (DI) for multiple conveyor belt segments. The 16-in, 16-out configuration perfectly matches this type of requirement.
