Split-type design:
Reader main unit: Includes core processor, memory, communication module (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi/4G), and power supply. Typically compact for easy installation in control cabinets, walls, or pillars.
4 independent RF ports: Can connect up to 4 external RFID antennas. This is the core of its "4-channel" design, allowing for wider coverage or complex multi-antenna layouts.
Advantages: Extremely high flexibility. The main unit can be placed in a well-ventilated location, while the antennas extend via RF cables to the most needed coverage points (such as doorways, conveyor belts, shelves), with an effective distance of tens of meters (using low-loss cables).
In addition to the RF interface, it is often equipped with a variety of industrial interfaces, such as: GPIO (for connecting indicator lights, alarms, and trigger sensors), RS232/485 (for connecting traditional devices such as PLCs and barcode scanners), and Ethernet port (as a backup or main connection for wired networks).

1. Smart Warehousing and Logistics Center
Application: Serves as the core of inbound/outbound access gates. Four ports can connect to 2-4 antennas, creating a comprehensive, blind-spot-free identification portal (left, right, top), ensuring 100% readability regardless of pallet lbel location.
Advantages: Wi-Fi or 4G connectivity eliminates the network cabling cost of adding new portal points in existing warehouses, enabling rapid deployment. Data is synchronized to the cloud-based WMS in real-time via 4G.
2. Flexible Production Line and Workstation Management
Application: On assembly lines, four antennas cover a complex workstation (e.g., different sides of an assembly table), ensuring accurate identification of work-in-process from any direction, triggering corresponding work instructions or data binding.
Advantages: The modular design allows the main unit to be placed inside the production line control cabinet, with the antennas compactly embedded in tooling fixtures for a clean and safe design. Bluetooth facilitates on-site debugging.
3. Mobile and Outdoor Asset Tracking
Applications:
Vehicle-mounted Inventory: Installed on forklifts or inspection vehicles, it reports the location of shelves or asset tags read during movement within the warehouse in real time via 4G, enabling dynamic inventory management.
Container Yards/Port Terminals: Installed on outdoor fixed poles or mobile devices, it remotely identifies and tracks the location and status of containers and trailers via 4G networks.
