Superisys HF RFID hardware has been adopted in the production lines of automotive air-conditioning compressors (HZ0.5 and CZ0.6 series), supporting automatic data collection and quality traceability throughout the entire manufacturing process—from incoming materials to final testing and packaging.

  • Industrial-grade carriers resist mechanical impacts, oil, metal dust, and high temperatures.

  • Readers support IO-Link and Modbus RTU protocols for fast and reliable read/write cycles without affecting production speed.

  • Optimized RF design ensures stable communication in metal-dense and high-EMI assembly lines.
