By embedding Superisys intelligent RFID high-frequency tags on material carriers, production pallets, and finished products; and deploying Superisys intelligent high-frequency RFID readers at key nodes of the production line, a comprehensive sensing network has been built.

HF RFID application in the production process of eddy current sensors
Material Management and Loading Verification: A high-frequency RFID tag RF-HZMTY300M is installed on each material carrier (such as housing components, connecting components, sealing rings, etc.); during loading, the high-frequency RFID reader RF-HZ40L-TP installed at key positions automatically identifies the material information, verifies the model, batch, and quantity, and prevents incorrect or missing materials.
Process tracking: Deploy high-frequency RFID readers RF-HZ40L-TP at key workstations on the production line (such as PCGA packaging, breathable layer bonding, epoxy coating, etc.); each semi-finished product sensor carries a high-frequency RFID tag RF-HZMTY300M-112, and the system automatically records information such as the process it has passed through, operators, equipment parameters, and timestamps.
