Photovoltaic New Energy
An RFID tag RF-HZMTY300-2K is embedded in each flower basket. An RFID reader RF-HZ50L-R4 product, along with an industrial RFID bus module, is installed at the loading/unloading and transfer points of each processing machine in each process step. When the carrier arrives at the loading/unloading or transfer point, the RFID reader reads the unique information of the RFID tag in the flower basket. Combined with the MES management system, the product information of the silicon wafers in the flower basket is obtained, realizing accurate tracking and effective management of the entire silicon wafer production process.

Used for identifying and writing production process flows for medical product production lines, enabling product processing guidance and full-process quality traceabilit.
